  • U.S. Shipping Included: Shipping is included with every U.S. purchase.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 days for your order to be prepared for shipment. The delivery times below begin after your order ships.

  • Fine Jewelry: Fine jewelry ships via UPS overnight delivery.

  • All Other Jewelry: All other jewelry ships via ground shipping, with estimated delivery in 3–5 business days after shipment.

  • Tracking: Tracking information is sent as soon as your order is packed and prepared.

  • International Shipping: International shipping is available by quote and is not included in the purchase price. Before placing an order, please contact meg@mfsstones.com with your destination and the piece you would like to purchase.

Returns

At MFS/STONES, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below to ensure eligibility.

Return Eligibility

Returns are not accepted for engraved, custom, or made-to-order pieces due to their custom nature.

To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Taxes are refundable. A $20 restocking fee applies to approved returns to cover the original outbound shipping.

Timeframe for Returns

Customers should contact meg@mfsstones.com about their intention to return an item within 3 days of delivery of the item as reported by the shipping agent. Approved refunds are issued for the purchase amount paid, less the $20 restocking fee. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is returned safely. To ensure a secure return, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance and signature confirmation for your shipment. The return shipping must take place within 7 days of initiating the return.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
